A WOMAN accused of theft from a Worcester store has had her case adjourned by city magistrates.
Alison Hartnell is charged with stealing four nail kits and a hair colour kit from Superdrug, St Swithin's Street on Monday, June 22.
Susan Cliff, prosecuting, said the 21-year-old was spotted putting four kits into a buggy by a store detective.
"She left and was stopped by the detective," she said. "When she returned to the store she also had a hair colour kit.
"All the goods, valued at £46.95, were recovered. She made a full admission to police officers."
Hartnell, of Farriers Corner, Droitwich, admitted theft.
Worcester magistrates ordered that pre-sentence reports be carried out. Hartnell is due to re-appear on Thursday, September 29.
She was granted unconditional bail.
