A FORMER Dome boss has taken on another millennium project in her new role as business development manager for a Worcestershire college.
Jenny Paddock has taken over from Anna Gwinnett at Kidderminster College, and has pledged to raise the profile of the Business Development Unit and attract new business clients.
"I'm really excited to be joining the BDU in this role," she said.
"The unit has some really top notch trainers on board and a great range of programmes on offer.
"Over the two years that the unit has been running, it has gone from strength to strength landing major training contracts with a number of local companies.
"A range of well-known firms from Morgan Matroc in Stourport to Morgan cars in Malvern have benefited from specially-tailored training programmes ranging from IT to health and safety and even languages."
Staff at Organically Coated Steels in Kidderminster recently took up a 14-week German course taught every Friday in the works' canteen.
