BROMSGROVE sportsmen and women who helped the district clinch the Wilkinson Sword in this year's Worcestershire Games have been invited to a civic reception.
The team regained the title which was last won in 1998, beating off stiff competition from Redditch, Wychavon and Wyre Forest.
More than 100 people represented the town and Bromsgrove District Council chairman Cllr Ann Doyle has invited them to a special reception in the Council House, Burcot Lane, starting at 7.30pm on Monday.
