AN epic seven-mile-an-hour, 951 mile journey lasting 11 days has raised more than £9,000 for the cancer-fighting charity the Cobalt Unit Appeal Fund.
Trevor Clark on his Lister Autotruck.
Trevor Clark of Bredon undertook the mammoth trek from John O'Groats to Lands End in a two-speed, three-wheeler Lister Autotruck which had its speed powered by only a three and a half horse-power engine.
The truck, a former workhorse for a local carpenter, also had only one cylinder but despite being extremely slow, proved economical managing a massive 60 miles per gallon.
Mr Clark said sponsorship money kept rolling in.
