BARLEY Mow continued their fine form with a hard fought 4-1 win over Ringspanners in the WFA County Cup.
But they had to come from behind when Ringspanners took the lead after sloppy defending left goalkeeper Tony Newey stranded.
Barley came out a different side after the break with Gary Rogers and Mark Seager controlling midfield.
The pressure soon paid off when player/manager Alan Gandy headed home from a corner.
This fired Barley up and they quickly made it two when Paul Quorrol headed home. Straight after Clive Wagstaff headed home to make it three and just before the end Quorrol scored his second. Barley man of the match was Paul Smith.
Martin Bigger's strike was the difference as Stourport Town beat Lakeside 1-0 in Division Three while Bromsgrove Labour replace Real Archers at the top of Division Four following their 4-2 triumph. Trevor Reilly bagged a double with Gareth Williams and Paul Minett also on target. Andy Vaughan and former Victoria Barnt Green and Greyhound Hunters substitute James Clarence replied for Archers.
In the Kidderminster Hospital Cup, Mostyn Rangers were 2-1 winners over Halesowen.
