REDDITCH Hockey Club slipped to third in the West Midlands One at the weeknd when their trip to Aston-based Kynock was called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
And Market Drayton took advantage of their inactivity to go top.
Ramgarhia, who groundshare with Kynock, are the visitors on Saturday (1.30pm start) when Redditch look to bridge the two point gap on the leaders and leapfrog second-placed Stone, who are ahead on goal difference.
The Kynock fixture has been switched to Bromsgrove Road and rearranged for Saturday December 23.
But sweeper Grenville Rose is out until after Christmas with a calf injury.
Captain Jason Spyer is set to continue despite a broken hand and was hoping to see a specialist about the injury this week.
