REGARDING traffic calming in the Redhill Primary School area, this is the second time that we have been subjected to a large photograph of Mr Foster in the Evening News.

I visited a well-attended meeting on the subject which appeared to confirm my own opinion that the width of the surrounding roads is such that it is not and never has been a problem.

This is yet another example of the waste of the taxpayers' money. If only Mr Foster would address himself to such matters as the abysmal Government grant to Worcestershire which he has never noticeably opposed (presumably as this would not endear him to his masters) and to shortcomings in the NHS.

Then he might begin to be of some real use to the constituency rather than pursue his anti-hunting Bill. Perhaps he could mull this over while on a fishing trip.

G WALTON, Worcester.
