A HUSBAND charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on his wife has been allowed by Kidderminster magistrates to go home to live with her.
When he appeared in court last month, Mark Bolam, 33, of Peregrine Grove, Spennells, was ordered to live in County Durham.
He is facing trial on charges of attacking his wife Nicola and threatening to kill her. When he went back to court last week, Mrs Bolam said she wanted him home.
Prosecutor Mark Soper said the condition separating the couple had been imposed to prevent any possible future offending.
The court allowed Bolam to return home, on condition that he reports to the police daily until he appears again on Monday.
