WATERLOGGED pitches prevented Stourport firsts and seconds from playing on Saturday.
The home game with Bromyard in North Midland One will be rearranged in the new year and Stourport hope for some league action this Saturday at Five Ways.
Redditch 7 Stourport 3rds 50
Stourport thirds played an excellent game to beat the home side, scoring eight tries in the process.
The first came from captain Simon Davis who controlled a tricky pass before sprinting five metres to cross the line.
The next two tries came from flanker Les Pimm to make the half time score 15-0.
Playing down the hill in the second half, it was Redditch who scored first from the restart to make the score 15-7 but this only lit the touch paper for Stourport.
They went on to score another five through Victor Little, Richard Gough, Mark Yates, Alan Northerner and Leigh Watts. Mick Aslanian added all five conversions and the game was settled at 50-7.
Fixtures, Saturday: Five Ways v Stourport 1sts, 2nds v Five Ways, Five Ways v 3rds.
