FIREFIGHTERS from 20 stations will be attending the annual county fire and rescue service Christmas carol evening at St Nicholas' Church tonight.
The service, at 7.30pm, will also feature a ceremony conducted by the Colour Party, comprising serving and former firefighters who will parade the fire brigade standard into the church.
Service chaplain, The Rev David Capron, whose father was a chief officer in Warwickshire in the 1970s, will give the service.
Mr Capron said: "We are hoping the event will be bigger and better than last year, with crews from Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Shipston and Bidford attending."
