THE only senior game of the day took place at Perdiswell as Club AC 30 faced Intermilokal in the Sterling Classic Malvern Football League.
However the match lasted just 60 minutes before it was halted by the referee due to the worsening pitch conditions, following some torrential rain. The score at the time of the abandonment was 5-0 to the home side with Aaron Parr adding to this goal tally with a further three goals with the other two coming from Paul Young.
The League's Management Committee will make a decision as to whether the result will stand or if it will be replayed later.
All the other games fell victim to the weather, including the Second round of the Sunday Senior Cup, which has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 14.
In the Under 18s Youth Division Hereford Lads Club returned to action as they looked to close the gap on leaders Tupsley Pegasus Juniors at Kempsey, again in very wet conditions. The final result ended honours even at 2-2 with Scott Barmby and Adam Davis scoring for Kempsey and Lads Club scored through Paul Soames and their leading scorer Andrew Sherlock.
Other games in the Under 18s Youth Division were postponed.
