CAN I pass on my congratulations to all the people from the Fire Service who arranged such a great fund-raising auction.
Can I also congratulate Dave Bradley for an excellent auctioneer's role and managing to persuade me to part with money- not an easy accomplishment!
The whole afternoon was a great success and certainly kicks into touch the recent complaints in the Evening News that Worcester is a city of Victor Meldrews.
There are no miserable citizens here!
