Every week we read about various crises that are affecting our lives. Crisis in the NHS, crisis on the railways, crisis on the value of pensions, etc.

Is it not a fact that the present Government is spending and has plans to spend more in all these areas than any other government in history? Spending that is not just higher as a total but spending that is higher measured against inflation.

Is it not a fact that we are in a current economic cycle that has never been equalled in terms of stability in both monetary and fiscal areas and where value is being added to the economy year on year.

How dare the Tory press keep harping about crises, as if they are of the Government's making.

The only real crises we may face in future are those that will be caused if we let the Tory rich con us into electing a Tory Government that will switch from investing to giving themselves massive tax cuts, leaving the rest of us with boom and bust, no NHS, no jobs and no future for our children.
