A WINYATES man has been banned for three years after being convicted of drink-driving by Redditch magistrates.
Thirty-year-old Andrew Sutor, of Leysters Close, was found to have 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres in breath. The legal limit is 35.
He was also fined £200 with £55 costs and referred to a drink-drive rehabilitation course.
Sutor was also fined £150 and had his driving license endorsed for driving without the relevant insurance, and £50 for obstructing an off-duty policeman.
