Feckenham Accident - On Thursday night in last week, Mrs A Hewish met with a serious accident by falling into a 9 feet cutting which had been made during the day for the new scheme of sewering the village.
The unfortunate woman sustained a dislocation of the right shoulder and a severe shock to the system.
Dr Mogg was called in and speedily replaced the dislocation.
The accident occurred close to Mrs Hewish's home but whether the opening was left unfenced or not properly lighted will, it is understood, be the subject of further enquiry.
