BARNT Green picked up three valuable league points away to Burman in a hard fought game with both sides creating few clear cut chances.
Green took the initiative midway through the first half after a good run and cross from Justin Bradley found Simon Campbell unmarked at the back post, who made no mistake at the second attempt.
The rest of the first half was a cagey affair which saw Spartak take their lead into the break.
Early in the second half Burman drew level with Barnt Green defending poorly from a corner, allowing the Burman forward time to nod home from six yards.
The midfield battle continued with both teams working hard to try to take the lead. But with very few chances arising, Spartak took all three points when Simon Brown's free kick eluded the Burman keeper 15 minutes from time.
Burman pressed hard to try to level the score but found the Green's defence and midfield too hard to overcome.
l Spartak have signed Bromsgrove Rovers defender Richard Cameron and have put in seven days notice for three Midland Combination Premier Division players.
