ELEVEN members braved Sunday's atrocious weather to contest the Fur and Feather match at Lemington Lakes, Moreton-in-Marsh.
Fish were slow coming to the nets and it was Ray Woods who ran out the eventual winner with a catch of small fish weighing in at 2.12.0 caught on red maggot and pinkeys.
Martin Miles (1.6.0) finished runner-up using the same method while, in third, was Barry Castle (1.0.0).

DESPITE the weather doing little to help the anglers, double figure weights are still being recorded on matches on all pools.
Eleven pounds plus was recorded on the Top Pool on Sunday with 12 lb on the Bottom Pool and 21 lb on the House Pool.
It should be noted that all pools were heavily pegged with a total of 78 anglers fishing on Sunday.
The best baits are still maggot and caster although pinkies are used more often as loose feed now that the weather is getting colder.
Little and often seems to be the best bet when it comes to feeding.
Best peg this week is 13 on House Two, followed by 16 on House One and 33 on the Top Pool.
