A HIGH speed chase from the centre of Worcester in the early hours ended with a car crashing through a hedge at Hartlebury, magistrates at Kidderminster heard.
Jason Portman, 23, of Arley Close, Kidderminster, was banned for a year and fined £450, with £60 costs.
The prosecution withdrew a charge of dangerous driving and he admitted careless driving, having no insurance or licence, failing to stop for police and not answering bail.
Portman had taken off at speed when a police car signalled him to stop in Worcester at 1.30am, said prosecutor Liz Tweed.
He lost control in Bishop's Wood Lane, Hartlebury, and crashed into the field.
