CHADDESLEY Corbett produced a good display before finally falling 2-1 at Midland Combination Division One high-fliers Old Hill Town in the Smedley Crooke Cup.
The decider only arrived four minutes into injury time and Chaddesley had previously looked like they could trouble the home side's defence.
They should have taken the lead when Alex Kilgour was put clean through but he shot straight at keeper Dave Herrington.
However, Stuart Jordan made amends when he slotted home from close range.
Tempers became frayed just before the interval and a melee after Jordan appeared to be stamped on surprisingly produced no red cards.
Old Hill camped in the Chaddesley half in search of the equaliser but the visitors could have wrapped the game up in a 10-minute spell of pressure.
Chris Bow escaped from the defence and rounded the keeper only to be pulled back for a blatant penalty.
But the referee played the advantage rule and the unlucky striker shot wide.
Old Hill took control and equalised through an Evans penalty before grabbing a late winner with the last attack of the match.
Fixture, Saturday: Ledbury Town v Chaddesley Corbett (players to leave The Viaduct at noon).
