AN extravaganza of entertainment is promised for theatregoers as the Courtyard in Hereford announces its line up through to May.
Fans of West End shows can see an all-star cast perform hits from musicals such as Mamma Mia, Starlight Express, Chicago, Phantom of the Opera and Cats in January. In February Roy Hudd will be performing jokes and songs when the old time music hall comes to the theatre in February. A Midsummer Night's Dream will be performed at the end of the month.
March offers a wide choice of shows including award winning folk singer Kate Rusby, the Grand Union Orchestra and the Herefordshire County Drama Festival.
Alan Bennett's farcical comedy Habeas Corpus will be performed in April - as will Ex-static, a performance by The Royal National College for the Blind which transforms everyday objects into surreal sculptures.
In April singer Joe Brown will be performing some of his favourites and the dramatic opera Carmen will be performed by the Pegasus Opera Company.
