ONLY Ralph Cook was able to win a game for Allsorts against Police in Division Three of the Lamberts & Wade Malvern Table Tennis League but he lost the third game to 11.
Matt Jones, Alan Holmes and Malcolm Dalley were the winning trio.
Tony Hughes won all his singles for Rovers and was supported by Kevin Howard with two wins and success in the doubles with Rob Redden.
Max Davison won two for the home team, Crackpots B and Alan Forsdike and Ted Cates each won one to give them a point.
Roy Holland was the sole Abbeydowne player to get onto the score card when they met Crackpots C in very fine form. Stan and Tom Gin each won three and Tom paired up with Ed Palmer (2) to win the doubles.
However this does not reflect the evenings play at all, seven sets went to three and 1,004 points were played and Crackpots only scored 24 more than Abbeydowne overall.
RESULTS: Police A 10, Manor Park Allsorts 0; Crackpots B 4, CSSC Rovers 6; Abbeydowne 1, Crackpots C 9.
