A RAIDER armed with a handgun escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash after terrorising two young members of staff in a Kidderminster newsagents on Saturday afternoon.
The man showed the gun to the two workers, aged 18 and 19, at Stars, Burcher Green, and demanded they put cash from the tills in a bag.
Police said neither the male nor female member of staff was hurt in the robbery, which took place at about 3.30pm, but both had been "very frightened".
They are hunting the robber, who is described as white, between 25 and 30, about 5ft 6ins, wearing a black coat with the collar turned up and a black hat pulled down over his ears.
He had blonde eyebrows and a darker goatee beard. Anyone with information should call Kidderminster Police on 01562 820888.
