Arcadia's seasonal goodwill
A BROMSGROVE shop which won an award for its festive appearance has also shown that it is full of seasonal goodwill.
Arcadia Home and Gift Emporium, in High Street, was last week named as the winner of our Most Christmassy Window readers' poll, run together with the Bromsgrove Marketing Partnership (BroMark).
One lucky voter was given £100 to spend in the store by the Advertiser/Messenger -- but Arcadia is to donate the money she spends to the Primrose Hospice and Cancer Help Centre.
The Finstall-based hospice offers support to cancer patients, their families and carers.
Shop owner Les Adkins said: "We support the Primrose Hospice throughout the year.
"But we thought it was in the spirit of the season to make a special donation at this time of year."
