TWO charities are £1,787 better off as a result of a Wills Day held in Kidderminster by county law firm Morton Fisher Solicitors.
Kemp Hospice received £839.50 with Macmillan Cancer Relief receiving the same amount as a result of the special day which saw lawyers prepare wills free of charge with clients invited to make a charitable donation.
Pictured at the official cheque presentation are, from left, Morton Fisher associate Mathew Davies, Christine Tober of Kemp Hospice, Morton Fisher legal executive Sandra Buffam, Morton Fisher partner David Bishop and Richard Rayner of Macmillan Cancer Relief.
Kemp Hospice has also benefited by a further £830 raised by David Bishop through a sponsored slim, when he lost 18 pounds in three months.
