PUBLIC opinion is sought on a forum to improve criminal justice.
Agencies have united to address issues affecting crime victims and witnesses in court proceedings.
The 10 organisations aim for greater public understanding of their roles and to promote their services.
Chris Norfolk, of Kidderminster-based North Worcestershire Victim Support, is chairman of the victim and witness forum.
He said: "To achieve our aims it is important we receive input from the public in relation to problems they may have experienced or their suggestions as to how we could improve our service to them.
"An important first step has been establishing a special website setting out information on the roles of each organisation and information on how the public can make contact with them."
The website can be accessed via the icon on the West Mercia Constabulary site on www.westmercia.police.uk
