AN action group has been set up to press for solutions to traffic problems in Wribbenhall where a new estate is being built.
About 50 people attended a meeting at the Shaw Hedge Road Community Centre on Tuesday to discuss disruption and traffic chaos around the Warstone House development at Habberley Road.
Organiser and Wyre Forest district councillor for Wribbenhall and Arley, Ron White, said a group of eight residents and town councillors had been formed to push for traffic calming measures to be put in place around the site in the long term.
Residents have been worried about drivers using the Queensway area of Wribbenhall as a "rat run" while the Catchems End area of the B4190 Habberley Road is closed.
