STEVE Charlton produced a one-man demolition job to sink St Benedicts in the latest round of matches in the Evesham Indoor League.
The Casuals' skipper hammered an unbeaten 26 off just 11 balls after a spell of 3-14 with the ball helped skittle the Saints for just 75.
Only captain Powell, who was last man out for 35, had any answer to the Casuals bowling despite scoring 46 for the loss of just one wicket as Saints started off brightly.
Only Shepherd (17) joined Powell in double figures before Charlton's early blast got the chasers off to a flier. Steeds maintained the momentum with an unbeaten 24 as Casuals cantered to victory without losing a wicket.
Dumbleton won an entertaining second match by 29 runs after consistent batting saw them amass a healthy 120-2.
Powell and Stanton retired on 27 and 25 respectively, while Barfoot (21) and Churchman (15no) provided a sting in the tail.
Stanway reduced the arrears by 54 - Lawrence (36no) and Green (35) - without losing a wicket but progress was slow as they were pegged back by fine fielding.
Scores: St Benedicts 75, Casuals 77-0; Dumbleton 120-2, Stanway 91-4.
Fixtures for Tuesday: Bidford v Dum-bleton (8), Stanway v St Benedicts (9).
