Callow End Harriers progress through to the last four of The Presidents Cup after a 3-0 win over Portobello United in the Sterling Classic Malvern Football League.
They will now play the Bull Allstars in the semi-final this Sunday after an impressive display.
Taking a 1-0 lead at the half-time interval, they had Adrian Whittal-Williams goal to thank after pulling off a series of good saves to deny Alan Barnes, Justin Davies and Gary Boyce in the United attack.
He was ably assisted by a mean back four who three times during the game cleared off the goal line to deny United.
In the second period and with 65 minutes on the clock, Callow End Harriers increased their lead after beating the offside trap and slotting past Mick Haron in the United goal from 18 yards. They put themselves out of reach with their third goal in the 88th minute.
United's miserable morning was summed up when a Gary Boyce shot struck the post in the last minute.
In the league a close encounter at Lower Howsell Road saw Morgan entertain Bull Allstars.
Evenly matched throughout, both keepers had to make crucial saves with Preece in the Morgan goal denying an effort from Jamie James in the first half and Glyn Morris tipping over a close range header by Jamie Boswell.
The game was decided in the 89th minute when Richard Bird struck a 20 yard volley past a diving Glyn Morris in the Allstars goal.
Bull Allstars will be disappointed to come away without at least a point after some positive play throughout causing problems in the Morgan defence.
Club AC 30 had their top goalscorer Aaron Parr to thank for their 5-1 victory over visitors Talbot Head at Perdiswell as he struck a hat trick on his return to action.
David Jones and Paul Edwards were the others on target, as capitalising on a 3-0 interval lead they cruised through to victory.
Talbot Head scored a consolation goal in the final five minutes of the game through Paul Harris.
Morgan Aero 8 collected their second league win of the season against Intermilokal at Sling Lane as they recorded a 3-1 victory.
Jordan Miller added his name to the scoresheet after Daz Layton scored a brace to give them a boost before their semi-final appearance in The Presidents Cup this Sunday against Club AC 30. Jon Gilrod was Intermilokal's scorer after an even first half ended 1-1.
This Sunday, along with the semi-finals of The Presidents Cup, the league sees Portobello United take on leaders LTFC 2000, Morgan entertain Bell Inn 98 and Intermilokal take the trip to Upton to play Talbot Head.
