Malvern Town play their first home game in a month when second placed Warley
visit the Langland Stadium on Saturday (3.00pm).
Warley's visit concludes a tough period for Town.
Assistant manager Richard Anson said: "There has been little respite for us, particuarly in the league, where most of our games have been away and against sides in leading positions and while you cannot be unhappy about drawing at places like Shawbury and Causeway, this has made it hard for us to make up ground on the top four, so we really need a win tomorrow".
Commenting on Tuesday's Royal Infirmary cup defeat at Evesham, Anson said: "The score was very harsh, we gave a good account of ourselves in the first half and started the better of the two sides in the second and had two outstanding chances to score, but we paid a heavy price for our poor finishing and lost our way a bit once they had gone in front."
For the visit of Warley, Town boss Joey Rawle welcomes back skipper Sean Cotterill, who missed the Evesham game.
Town Reserves visit Mahal on Saturday (KO 3pm) in the Banks's Brewery League Division 1 (S), fresh from their 3-1 success away to Pershore Reserves, Richard Jones was the Town hero, bagging a brace.
Town under 18's went down 2-1 at home to Peagusus.
