Kidderminster Harriers visit Macclesfield on the back of a confidence- boosting 3-1 victory over Shrewsbury last Saturday.

Goals from John Durnin, Craig Hinton and Drewe Broughton gave them their first win in nine games and only their third in 2001. Craig Hinton

However, Harriers - who bid for their first double of the season - have not tasted success on their travels in Division Three since the 2-1 victory at Darlington in October.

Macclesfield lost 1-0 at Carlisle last weekend but have earned maximum points from their last two home games, 2-1 Blackpool and 3-0 over Barnet.

Reports suggest they are ruling out a play-off finish from their current 12th position, two places and two points above Harriers.

Jan Molby's men will be without the suspended Scott Stamps, while Macclesfield midfielders Karl Munroe and Chris Priest are banned and injured respectively.

Two goals from Adie Smith, recently back from injury, earned Harriers a 2-1 win over their former Conference rivals in December's home fixture.
