ADRIAN Skeggs looks set to stick with his tried and trusted players for Worcester Rugby Club's final three games.
Worcester face Orrell next Saturday and then meet Moseley before a final National One game at Birmingham & Solihull.
And Sixways' director of coaching has insisted he will be giving his troops the chance to make up for their devastating 30-13 defeat at Leeds Tykes rather than swit-ching his players around.
With a number of players expected to leave the club after the end of the season, Skeggs admitted he could have been tempted to give fringe stars a chance to shine.
However, with the side having a weekend off, he believes the first team regulars will have recovered from the mental scars of Sunday's defeat.
He said: "If we had had a game this weekend then I might have been thinking about putting some fringe players in.
"However, the first-team squad have been doing it all season. They have put 100 league points on the board in what, overall, has been a successful season.
"People will say put the youngsters in, put the fringe players in but the fact is we have to win our final three games of the season and then assess the situation."
Leeds face a trip to Exeter today at a ground they have never won and an unlikely defeat would leave the race for promotion still on.
And Skeggs will not be throwing in the towel just yet.
"There is no point in panicking and just shrugging your shoulders. We have to be positive and go out there to score another 15 points. That is the reality.
"We were all very disappointed with the performance and what happened at Headingley but it is not over just yet."
He added: "I have to put my faith in the players who have performed consistently all season because we need to push Leeds all the way."
