RESIDENTS can tune in to watch a town performer when he appears on a popular TV programme.
Singer and actor Andy King is due to appear on Anglia talk show Trisha tomorrow.
The show features people seeking stardom. The 22-year-old will compete with a handful of artistes to win time in a recording studio and radio airplay.
Filming took place several weeks ago and Andy exclusively told the Advertiser that he scooped second place in the contest.
He sang Ronan Keating's top ten hit When You Say Nothing At All.
The Arkle Close resident said: "The show was great fun.
"I'm aware there were lots of influential people in the audience - I hope they will contact me once the show is broadcast."
Andy, whose real name is James Edwards, has featured as an extra in many popular television programmes including Casualty and Eastenders.
The former Droitwich Spa High School pupil sings all kinds of music including rock, pop and theatre classics. Catch him on ITV at 9.25am.
