PITTVILLE Pump Room in Cheltenham will be playing host to the London Mozart Ensemble on April 28.
The ensemble's aim is to bring the world's greatest music to audiences outside the big cities.
The group includes the cellist Christopher Allan, who grew up in Stroud and is delighted to be returning to his roots.
The programme for the performance includes Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings, Pachelbel's Canon and the Double Violin Concerto by Bach. The concert is on April 28 and starts at 7.30pm. Tickets at £12 and £8 are available from the town hall box office on 01242 227979.
