MAGISTRATES have made an order barring a violent customer from entering a Kidderminster town centre pub for the next year.
Sean Matthews, 25, of Watchtower Road, Stourport, was also fined £50 with £40 costs, when he admitted using threatening words and behaviour in the Penny Black in the Bull Ring.
He was already barred from the pub for previous misbehaviour, said prosecutor Julian Harris.
He went into the bar and when he was refused service shouted and swore at the licensee and tried to climb over the bar.
The prosecution sought an exclusion order from the court to prevent further trouble, said Mr Harris.
