STUDLEY slipped to second last night after second-placed Nun Griffs won their final game in hand to go two points clear at the top of the Midland Combination Premier.
Griffs beat Blackheath Invensys 1-0 at home.
But there was some good news for Mark Chambers' side, whose Smedley Crooke Cup semi final against Second Division Burman Hi-Ton was rained off at the weekend.
The Worcestershire County FA are looking into allegations Kidderminster Harriers Reserves fielded up to EIGHT ineligible players in a 2-0 semi final win over the Bees.
Studley entertain Coventry Marconi on Saturday (ko 2.45pm) and, visit Alvechurch on Monday (ko 7.30pm).
