THE new toilets to replace those damaged by floods on Crown Meadow in Evesham are now officially open.
The new block has been built at a cost of £200,000 and is now open after a three-week delay caused by frost and heavy rain.
The lavatories include baby changing facilities and full disabled access. The council was flushed with pride when it was acclaimed nationally for the quality of its loos, and hopes that these new facilities will add to their excellent reputation.
