WORCESTER'S rugby players are urging men not to turn the other cheek to health problems.
The four members of Worcester RFC have joined forces with the Cancer Research Campaign in its latest awareness campaign.
Nick Baxter, Scott Barrow, Greg Meredith and Andy Higgins are promoting the Beautiful Bums campaign to raise awareness of bowel cancer.
It is the third most common form od cancer in the UK after lung and breast cancer.
It is most common in the elderly and rare in the under-40s.
"This was an idea that proved to be quite popular with the players and staff," said Nicky Goodwin, of Worcester RFC.
"It's a humorous way of highlighting a serious issue.
"Men are normally embarrassed about their health but these players certainly weren't about baring their bums!"
The Cancer Research Campaign is inviting people to raise funds for Men's Cancer Issues.
