RED Lion Falcons visit Northwick Swans Reserves this Sunday (April 15) knowing they need to win to keep up the pressure on the sides just ahead of them in the Worcester League Division Four table.

Following last Sunday's disappointing 7-3 reversal against St Domingos, when John Rose (2) and Mike Burke scored the goals - the Falcons will be back to full strength on Sunday looking for a morale boosting win ahead of the clash with Malvern RM a week on Sunday.

Jon Hale (injury), Rich Lambert (work) and Will Hale (work) all missed last weeks game but return to the squad on Sunday.

Swans recorded an impressive 3-1 win over CMB Sports - one of the sides the Lion are trying to catch - last Sunday and will provide a tougher test than when they were soundly beaten 6-1 by the Falcons in January.

The club would like to thank everyone who attended their Promise Auction last Friday. The turnout exceeded expectations and not only were the club's finances boosted, but a £40 donation to Cancer Research achieved.

The Diving Turkeys were a great success as they always are, and the raffle was very popular with around 10 prizes. Future club events will be announced shortly.
