A 50-YEAR-OLD man was robbed outside a Bromsgrove supermarket by a knife-wielding youth.
The victim had just inserted his card into the cashpoint machine at Safeways store, in Buntsford Park Road, when the robber, believed to be aged between 16 and 17-years-old, appeared.
He threatened the man with a kitchen knife and ordered him to draw out £200 from the machine.
He ran off in the direction of the Aston Fields area leaving the man shaken but not injured.
PC Justin Taylor, of Bromsgrove police, said: "Police are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the youth running away."
The robber is described as white, between 5ft5in and 5ft6in tall, slim with dark short hair, a pointed nose and was clean-shaven.
