SAMPLE the talents of the musical stars of the future at a forthcoming concert in Ashton-under-Hill.
Five advanced students from Chetham's School of Music, in Manchester, are coming to the village to perform as part of the Parish Music series of events.
The programme, from the Dal Vivo Quartet will include works by Mozart (The Hunt) and Haydn (Op.77 No. 1).
There will also be solo works for strings and guitar.
The music-making is due to get under way on April 28, in St Barbara's Church and tickets (£4, children free) will be available at the door. Wine and soft drinks will be available afterwards.
