A BOY aged 10, the minimum age for criminal responsibility, may have to face a crown court judge on an arson charge.
He and a 13-year-old are accused of endangering life by starting a major fire, which caused damage in excess of £100,000 at Dillons newsagents at Foley Park, Kidderminster, on February 16.
The prosecution asked a Kidderminster youth court for more time to prepare the case and the boys were bailed until May 9.
