THREE of Worcester's junior sides are off to Twickenham next month.
The U10s, U11s and U12s have all qualified to play in the Scottish Amicable Mini Festival, which will act as a curtain-raiser to the England v Barbarians game on Sunday, May 27.
The U10s qualified after winning their group at the Scottish Amicable Qualifying Tournament at Nottingham University.
Worcester won five of their six matches, beating Chelmsford by six tries to nil, Hull Ionians by two tries to nil, York by two tries to one, Sidcup by five tries to nil and Doncaster by six tries to nil before drawing a try-less match against Northampton Old Scouts.
They will play Havant in their semi-final at Twickenham, with Rosslyn Park and York competing in the other match.
The U11s will play in the plate final against Hull Ionians following a 25-0 semi-final success over Old Elthamians.
In the main competition they scored victories over Andover and Doncaster before going down to Richmond, Fullerians and Sidcup.
The U12s are also through to the plate final.
Worcester lost their first group game against a good Rosslyn Park side, drew against Bromsgrove then won the rest of their matches including a superb win over eventual group winners Doncaster.
This was not enough for them to qualify for the semi-finals of the main event, but in the Plate semi-finals they drew 0-0 against a strong Tunbridge Wells team and went through by virtue of their better performance in the group games.
The U12s also shared the trophy at the North Midlands tournament at Bromsgrove.
They won all of their group matches without conceding a try and then beat a strong Stourbridge side 5-0 in the semi-final.
They faced old rivals Bromsgrove in the final, and a tight match ended 5-5 after overtime with Tom Illingworth going over for Worcester. Rather than toss a coin to decide the winner, the teams agreed to share the trophy.
