HUNDREDS of Scouts and Guides will be marching through Kidderminster on Sunday in the annual St George's Day parade.
They will be joined by local members of other youth movements including Cubs, Brownies and Beavers in the march which will set off from the Scout and Guide headquarters at John Stretton Hall, in New Road.
The parade is timed to leave the hall at 10am.
It will be accompanied by several bands and will pass up Prospect Hill to Coventry Street where it will then divide.
The Scouts will move on to St Mary's Church for a service at 11am, while the Guides will parade through the town centre to Baxter Church in the Bull Ring where they will attend a service, also at 11am.
The two parades will then reunite at Coventry Street before returning to their headquarters for around 12.30pm.
Scout and Guide groups in Stourport, who will also be staging their own St George's Day parade, have appealed for more helpers and leaders.
Stourport, Tenbury and Witley Scouts district commissioner Les Furminger said the movements provided a valuable opportunity for young people but now needed new blood.
He said: "We want people to come and see the parade and talk to Scout and Guide members who will be happy to tell others of the many activities taking place.
"We do so much in the community and make regular visits elsewhere.
"I am sure there are adults out there who could join in the fun and we would be very pleased to hear from them."
The Stourport parade will set off from Lickhill Park at 2.30pm, marching to the Civic Centre for a service at 3pm. The parade, led by a Scout and Guide band, will then march through the town centre back to the park.
