ONE of the three Herefordshire farmers brought to court for allegedly moving livestock illegally during the foot and mouth crisis has been acquitted.
Christopher Rudge, of Baynham Farm, Sellack, near Ross-on-Wye, has been given the wrong advice by MAFF.
The cases of Brian Adams, from Yarpole, and Peter Vaughan, from Kingsland, were adjourned for pre-trial hearings.
