Jean Jacques Annaud's Enemy at the Gates (15), set in Stalingrad during the German invasion, is showing at the Courtyard Arts Centre, Hereford this week. It tells the story of Soviet sniper Vassili Zaitsev (Jude Law) and elite German marksman Major Koenig (Ed Harris). The film shows at 7.45pm from today (Friday) until Thursday (April 26), with no showing on Sunday. There will be a matinee performance tomorrow (Saturday) at 2.30pm.
Also showing is Burdzeye (no certificate, a mixture of shorts presented by the Birmingham Film and TV Festival. The film shows at 8pm on Tuesday, April 24. For more information, call the box office on 01432 359252.
