REGULARS from the Red Lion Pub in Hunt End are on the lookout for more members to join their growing petanque team.
The five-man team meets up most Sundays at the pub and shows off its playing skills.
The squad has been playing regularly for a year now and already have their own piste, a playing surface, generously donated by the landlord of the Red Lion, Enfield Road.
But it is setting its sights on becoming local league regulars and needs more players for the team to join.
Member Ian Milnes said: "Petanque is a sport for all, regardless of age or sex, and coaching can be provided."
Anyone who wants to join the team can call in to the Red Lion about noon every Sunday.
