UP-AND-COMING football club Chaddesley Corbett have taken the unusual step of adopting a Scottish team.
They are supporting First Division side Alloa Athletic and both clubs will print features on each other in their match day programmes next season.
Chaddesley chairman David Yardley said: "It was the idea of manager Martin Westcott.
"He thought it might be interesting to twin up with someone although how he selected Alloa I'm not quite sure.
"They might struggle to know where we are but it should make for interesting tours!"
Chaddesley have done well in their second season in Banks's Brewery League Division One South and are currently third.
Yardley admitted he is delighted with the club's progress.
The first team have reached the Worcester Nursing Cup final and the seconds are top of the Kidderminster & District League Premier Division.
Yardley added: "We have had a good run of results and been unbeaten since October which is very encouraging.
"We are a very young side, the average age is in the early 20s, and providing we can hold onto our players, it should be good for the future.
"They have benefited from a year's experience and one or two new players have added a bit of competition."
