MALVERN Town have been boosted after top scorer Andy Shepherd's 84-day suspension was reduced on appeal.
Shepherd, given the ban for his sending-off at Darlaston in December, has had it reduced to 21 days, with the 11 days he has already served deducted from it, following a hearing in Worcester.
The rest of the ban will be served at the start of next season.
Shepherd is on holiday and misses tomorrow's home game with Tipton Town in the Banks's Brewery League Premier Division (3pm).
