AN injury time goal earned Callow End Harriers a valuable point in this Sterling Classic Malvern League Division One game against a fast improving Morgan Aero 8 team at Sling Lane.

CALLOW END HARRIERS 2, MORGAN AERO 8 2

The visitors opened the scoring when Simon Rushkin slotting the ball home midway through the first half.

Harriers missed two glorious opportunities to get back on level terms soon after.

A superb one handed save from Harriers' keeper Adrian Whittal-Williams early in the second half kept the home team in the game.

Morgan then extended their lead on 82 minutes thanks to a close range strike from Ben Jones following a corner, but within four minutes of the restart Harriers were back in the game when James Nightingale tucked home a penalty after Nathan Dixon had been brought down.

It was Man of the Match Nathan Dixon again who was on hand to score from close range in the dying seconds to give Harriers a share of the points and extend their unbeaten league run to six matches.

This Sunday, Callow End Harriers entertain Fromes Hill in a Malvern League Division One fixture (probably at Lower Ferry Lane, Callow End), kick off 10.30am. All players to check with manager by Saturday, 8pm at the latest.
