IT seems to me that people, when buying gifts for Christmas and Easter, have no imagination or are too lazy to bother about choice.

Over the years, it has been all food buying. For example, last Christmas, it was mostly tinned biscuits and chocolates. This Easter, same again.

What has happened to selective gift buying, such as personal gifts, nice bathroom toiletry, house gifts and the like - the list is endless.

Food adverts are on the television all the time. Can we please get away from the food side of it. It's time all these enormous, overweight, flabby people changed their habits.
